Online membership to the Tunisair loyalty program
Online and without having to travel, you can start joining the loyalty program. Here are the different steps to follow:
– Start by opening the official website of the Tunisian airline via the following address: http://www.tunisair.com/site/publish/module/adhesiononlines_en.asp
– Then choose the “Espace Fidelys“ category, you will then be redirected to the space dedicated to this loyalty program, then click on the link on the left of your screen “Join Fidelys”
– A registration form for your loyalty card will be made available to you.
– In the fields concerned and as shown in the photo below, enter your name, first name, date of birth as well as your email address.
Confirm the information entered by clicking on the “Send“ button
– You will be asked after to confirm your personal information and click on the “Next“ button
– You will be redirected to the second part of the membership form including the details of your personal information: address, passport number, nationality, seat preference, place of purchase of your tickets.
– Once the form has been completed, click on the “Submit“ button
– As soon as possible, you will receive by email a provisional identification number with a provisional loyalty card in PDF format.
– Membership in this loyalty program will only be valid if the member provides their individual identification number at the time of registration and reservation of their first ticket.
-You can also go to the Tunisair agency closest to you, and apply for membership there by filling out the registration form.

To view the balance of your account statement online, Tunisair allows you to connect to your Fidelys account securely wherever you are from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Then follow the steps mentioned below to connect to your member area:
– Go to the official website of the Tunisian airline, as shown in the photo below, a connection area to the loyalty program is available to you from the home page
– In the fields concerned, enter your personal identifier as well as your PIN code

How to get your login details?
When validating your membership when you book your first trip, you will receive your definitive loyalty card as well as your login details.
This will allow you to safely access your loyalty area, view your accumulated points, modify your personal information in the event of a change of address, situation, telephone number, etc.
You forgot your PIN code, what should you do?
When logging into your member area, you realized that you forgot your password. In this case, it is essential to address your request and send it by email to the following address: fidelys@tunisiar.com.tn
Otherwise, you can go directly to the dedicated service at Tunisair headquarters or to one of the points of sale closest to your neighborhood.
