The Tunisair airline has added a Family Account to its Fidelys loyalty program that can accommodate from two to nine members.

As part of the policy of modernizing its loyalty program and with the aim of always offering more advantages to its loyal customers, the North African company based at Tunis-Carthage airport has unveiled the Family Account. It now allows members to automatically pool loyalty points, and faster access to award tickets and other benefits offered by the program: excess baggage, upgrade awards, accompanying awards, etc. This free loyalty program has a family and collective vocation.

The Family account can count up to nine members of the same family. The family manager (adult, parent or adult child), designated for simplified account management, can thus join forces with a maximum of eight family members, spouse and / or children. Each member has a personal card and an account. Only the person in charge of the Family Account can make premium requests. To be eligible for this new account, at least two people are required (spouse and / or child (ren)); all family members must also be individually enrolled in this program. The designated manager connects to his personal space and goes to the section: My Account> Family Account Registration: he can then fill in the information on the respective accounts of his family members on the online form.

Tunisair specifies that a member of the Family account cannot be part of several Family accounts. Once the online form has been completed, a notification email is sent to the manager with the pre-completed membership form, which must be signed and returned with supporting documents, such as an identity card or a family record book address fidelys@tunisair.com.tn

People who are supposed to open a Family account must be 18 years of age or older.

If ever, the account manager has died, another family member can replace him, but first of all, he must contact and inform Fidelys customer service within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of death.

Earning and accumulating miles

Members subscribed to the Fidelys Family program have quick access to its advantages and benefits by being able to quickly accumulate miles. 20% of the miles earned and stored in their personal accounts are systematically paid into the Family account.

Do the miles accumulated on the Fidelys account expire?

Yes, but if none of the members makes at least one Tunisair flight during the twelve months of the year.

Fees are applied to each transfer transaction (5% of transferred miles are deducted from the account).

Exit the account and delete the membership of the Fidelys Family program?
