How to change the date of a flight

Have you had an unforeseen event and want to change the date or time of your flight? Relax, you can do it.

If you change the date or time of your flight within 48 hours of booking, the flight change fee is not charged. However, you will have to pay any price difference between the original fare and the fare for the new flight. Now keep in mind that if the fare for the new flight is cheaper, the airline will not refund the difference.

On the contrary, if more than 48 hours have passed since you made the reservation and you decide to change the date or time of your flight, you will have to pay a commission for management fees, in addition to the difference of fare with the new flight you want to book.

If you request to modify your flight online, by calling its Customer Service or at the airport, the commission for management costs is € 30 for flights carried out in low season, and € 45 for flights carried out in high season.

In any case, remember that after changing a reservation, you must check in again and reprint your boarding pass.

How can you change the name of a ticket booked with Nouvelair?

As we said at the beginning, sometimes unforeseen events or situations occur which force us to modify the travel plans that we had programmed … In these cases, you can ask to change the name of your ticket to that of ” another person, upon payment of a commission of 30 to euros for management costs (depending on the period of the flight).

Any change of name or other reservation data must be made at least two days before departure. The good thing about changing the name of a Nouvelair flight is that you don’t have to pay the fare difference under any circumstances. In other words, if you decide to transfer your flight reservation to someone else the day before your flight, you will only have to pay the handling fee. Indeed, the name change can be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, either through the Manage Reservations section on the Nouvelair website, through the Customer Service Center or directly at the airport.

How to make an itinerary change in a Nouvelair flight reservation?

In addition to changing the date of the flight, it is also possible to change your ticket to travel to a destination different from the one you had reserved, as indicated on the website of the Tunisian company.

Notwithstanding the above, if you want to make a rerouting in a flight reservation, you should take into account the following:

– Itinerary changes are allowed between the same countries of origin and destination.

– Any flight / itinerary change made before the date thereof is exempt from the flight change supplement. However, you will have to pay any price difference between the original fare and the fare for the new flight.

– If you want to change a flight later, the change can be made up to 1 hour after the departure time of the original flight.

– If you wish to change a previous flight, this change can be made during the following periods:

From Tunisia: between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Changes can be applied on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Call 70.020.920 for any additional information).

For changes made to reservations for scheduled flights from France, it is possible to make them between Monday and Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m (Call 08 26 96 03 03 for any additional information).

Rerouting any flight in a reservation can be done online, as long as the outbound flight has not taken off. In this case, the change of itinerary for the return flight can only be made at the airport or via the Customer Service Center.
