The Family Account allows members to automatically pool loyalty points and have faster access to award tickets and other benefits offered by the Capricorn program: excess baggage, upgrade awards, companion awards, etc. This free loyalty program has a family and collective vocation.

The Family Account can count up to twelve members of the same family

The “family manager”, designated for simplified account management, can thus be associated with a maximum of eleven members of his family: spouse and / or children. Each member has a personal card and an account. However, only the “Family Account Manager” can request bonuses.

You have the possibility to create your family account from your personal Jasmin space. You will be responsible for managing this platform which can contain up to twelve members (you cannot add grandparents, aunts, cousins ​​or uncles).

Here is the registration process to follow

– Connect to your member account

– Select the “Family Account Registration” section

– Fill out the form with the required information (last name, first name and date of birth of each member as recorded in their spaces) finally press the “Submit” button.

– A confirmation email will then be sent to all members to inform them that their affiliation to the family account has been accepted.

If you forget your login code, click on the “Forgot password” link at the bottom of the identification form. Then enter your card number and touch the “Submit“ button.

An activation link will then be sent to the email address specified on your profile. Access this message and follow the instructions to create your new password.
