Valid for three years, easily obtain the classic Fidelys card by registering for the Tunisair reward program, on its website or from one of its offices.

As soon as your 1st flight is posted to the account, you will receive your Classic card and can thus benefit from the advantages of the program.

How to use it?

During each purchase operation that you make with Tunisair, whether from its offices / agencies or from its website, do not hesitate to provide the agent or indicate on the purchase form in line your membership number in order to benefit from the advantages reserved for holders of the Classique Fidelys card.

The provisional Fidelys Card

Participation in the Fidelys program is effective upon membership, which is effected by issuing a Provisional Card (.pdf format to be printed in the event of online membership). This card allows you to accumulate Miles, but does not entitle you to any benefit from the program.

The Fidelys Provisional Card has an identification number that you must indicate when booking and / or checking in on your first trip.

Benefits: Treat yourself and turn your points into attractive benefits, namely:

– Convert miles from the first use into free services and other great gifts.

– Carry 32kg of luggage instead of 23kg (standard allowance),

– Priority in the waiting list (3rd level) and during baggage claim on arrival,

– Convert your miles into Rewards tickets,

– The possibility of consuming your Miles as soon as your 1st trip is booked;

– Third priority on the airport waiting list;

– Priority in baggage delivery, if you affix the FIDELYS baggage stubs;
